From our SS26 Collection: The Dust Has Come To Stay. Inspired by Wim Wenders’ Paris, Texas. A study in stillness, distance, and decay.
The Railroad Bomber Jacket is made from a sponge-dyed nylon shell: a durable, lightweight fabric with a washed, uneven colour that will fade and change over time. It is lined with quilted nylon for warmth and structure and cut in a relaxed bomber shape based on early flight jackets, which were made cropped for practical use.
The front features a double zipper system with a removable panel, referencing Travis' double-breasted suit. The removable section includes multiple pockets for added storage. The jacket is finished with a screen-printed Bronco zip puller and leather zip pulls on the front zippers. IDEAL® zippers are used throughout, staying true to the traditional hardware found on classic American bomber jackets. Railroad-inspired details are included as a reference to the opening scenes of Paris, Texas.
